Sweet buns

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• milk - 3/4 c
• salt - 2 tsp
• flour - 5 c
• warm water - 1/2 c
• softened butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
• dry yeast - 3/4 compressed

How to make sweet buns:

Soak together the yeast, 1/2 cup warm water and 1/4 cup sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Let rise. Using flour on a board, form into round, flat buns (sandwich meat size). Let rise again on the pans. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
