Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- hamburg - 2 lb
- flavored bread crumbs Italian style - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- crushed garlic
- jar chili sauce - 1 item
- jar currant jelly - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Mix together hamburg, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs and garlic. Roll into small balls and bake in a 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.In large saucepan, melt chili sauce and jelly. Add meatballs. May also be kept warm in a crock-pot.
