Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- jar currant jelly - 1 item
- shredded cheese Mozzarella - 1 c
- jar apple jelly - 1 item
- Sauce:1 bottle ketchup
How to make appetizer meatballs:
Sauce:1 bottle ketchup2 Tbsp. cornstarch1 jar apple jelly1 jar currant jelly In a bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Shape in 1-inch balls. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and drain. Put in baking dish. Add sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
