  • envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
  • jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
  • bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
  • cut up broiler-fryers - 2 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Combine salad dressing, soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken in a large, shallow baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Baste once or twice with pan drippings. Serve hot with plain rice and sweet and sour sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
