Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chipped pecans - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - 1 oz
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar
How to make swedish nut cake:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter or margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar1/2 c. chipped pecans Mix together. Put on cake 5 minutes after removing from oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
