  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz

How to make swedish nut cake:

Icing:1 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 stick margarine1/2 c. nuts Mix all by hand. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

Icing: Cream all ingredients using an electric mixer. Spread over hot cake and sprinkle with nuts.
