Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
How to make swedish nut cake:
Icing:1 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 stick margarine1/2 c. nuts Mix all by hand. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Icing: Cream all ingredients using an electric mixer. Spread over hot cake and sprinkle with nuts.
