- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple undrained
- cream cheese
- powdered sugar
How to make pineapple nut cake:
Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix cake ingredients well by hand. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Topping: Mix well and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
