  • eggs - 2 item
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple undrained
  • cream cheese
  • powdered sugar

How to make pineapple nut cake:

Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix cake ingredients well by hand. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Topping: Mix well and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
