Swedish nut cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- can crushed pineapple juice included - 1 oz
How to make swedish nut cake:
Mix together, by hand, all the ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 stick margarine1/2 c. chopped nuts1 3/4 c. powdered sugar Mix all ingredients together well.
