Swedish meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- to 4 slices bread, soaked in milk in pieces - 3 item
How to make swedish meatballs:
Combine first 5 ingredients until well combined. Form into balls. Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet. Brown slowly. Remove balls as soon as they are brown. When all are brown, put back in pan. Pour over 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, mixed with milk. Simmer 1/2 hour. Just before serving, stir in 8 ounces sour cream. Keep warm.
