  • pkg - 2 oz
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1/4 c
  • minced celery - 1/3 c
  • steak sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped toasted almonds or pecans - 1/4 c
  • minced, cooked chicken

How to make fancy chicken log:

Beat together the first 3 ingredients. Blend in the next 2 ingredients and 2 tablespoons parsley. Refrigerate remaining parsley. Shape mixture into a 9-inch log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours. Toss together remaining parsley and almonds. Use to coat log. Serve with crackers.
