sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 Tbsp
chopped pecans - 1 c
butter or margarine - 1/3 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1/3 c
brown sugar
evaporated milk - 1/2 c
sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. butter or margarine Mix topping ingredients; set aside for later use.

Mix together and beat all other ingredients until well blended.

Place 1/2 of sweet potato mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with about 1/2 of topping mixture. Layer on other 1/2 of potato mixture. Top with rest of topping mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
