  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • orange juice
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • curry powder - 2 3
  • salt optional
  • chopped parsley - 1 item
  • rice - 1 c
  • chicken breast halves, boned and skinned can use cutlets - 6 item

How to make sunshine chicken:

Combine curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken; rub seasonings onto top and bottom surfaces of each chicken piece and set aside. In 10-inch skillet, combine orange juice, rice, water, brown sugar, mustard and remaining 3/4
