Ingredients/Components

sugar
cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
chopped pecans - 1/2 c
brown sugar - 1/2 c
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
stick butter - 3/4 item
mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
cream a can of milk will do - 1 c
Combine the ingredients; add to beaten eggs

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Combine the ingredients; add to beaten eggs. Place in casserole and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. crushed cornflakes1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 stick butter Mix well and pour on top of potato mixture. Bake 15 minutes more.

Note: You can add up to 5 cups of sweet potatoes to make a larger casserole without having to increase any of the other ingredients.
