Sugarless fruit nut muffins
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped dates - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- margarine, cut in pats - 1/2 c
How to make sugarless fruit nut muffins:
In saucepan, combine the dates, raisins and nuts; boil 5 minutes. Stir in margarine and salt. Set aside to cool. Add remaining ingredients to fruit. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into mini muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or bake in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan until tests done.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
