Sugarless fruit cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• chopped dates - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• pecans - 1/2 c
• oleo - 1/2 c
• pineapple chunks - 1 c
• pineapple juice - 1 c
• prunes, chopped - 1 c

How to make sugarless fruit cake:

Bring to boil the fruits, oleo, water and juice. Simmer 2 minutes. Let cool. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, eggs, nuts and vanilla. Add to cooled fruit mixture. Pour into angel food cake pan. Cook at 325° for 40 minutes or until done. Very moist and good.
