  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • fresh strawberries - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
  • sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg

How to make sugar free cheesecake:

Slice strawberries and place them in the pie shell. Process cream cheese, sour cream and milk in blender until smooth. Combine with pudding mix in bowl; mix well. Spoon over strawberries. Top with remaining strawberries. Chill until serving.
