- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pastry for double crust pie - 1 item
- frozen apple juice sugar-free - 6 oz
- apples, freshly peeled - 6 c
How to make sugar-free apple pie:
Combine apple juice and cornstarch in saucepan; bring to boil stirring frequently. Add butter and spices; mix well. Stir in apples. Spoon into pastry shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and bake for an additional 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
