Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• cooking oil - 1/3 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream margarine and sugars. Add egg, beating well. Add oil and beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, soda and cream of tartar. Add to first mixture and beat well. Stir in vanilla. Roll into long rolls. Wrap in waxed paper; put in refrig
