Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 3 Tbsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Chill dough before rolling out, then roll out on lightly floured board. Cut and place on cookie sheet that has been greased. Bake until done at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
