- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- melted margarine
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/4 c
- chopped apples - 2 c
How to make roman apple cake:
Topping:1 Tbsp. melted margarine2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. brown sugar2 tsp. flour1/2 c. nuts1/4 c. raisins Combine sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, shortening, egg and milk. Add apples. Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle onto batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
