- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 12 oz
- cottage cheese - 1 (12
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- lasagne noodles, cooked and drained - 9 item
- cans tomato paste small or 1 large - 2 item
How to make lasagne:
Brown ground beef. Add all seasonings. Drain grease off. Add tomato paste and water. Simmer about 20 minutes. Mix eggs and cottage cheese together. To layer: Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of an oblong dish. Top with 3 noodles, 1/3 of meRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
