Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium zucchini - 3 item
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
- to 1 stick butter - 1/2 item
How to make stuffed zucchini:
Boil zucchini until tender. Cut lengthwise; scoop out centers. Chop centers; season with salt and pepper. Add onion and bread crumbs; mix. Add cheese and bread crumbs to make a sticky consistency. Add butter when necessary. Fill zucchini; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
