Stuffed tomatoes
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 1/2
- green onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
- celery, finely diced - 1/4 c
- can drained tuna or chicken - 1 item
- fresh tomatoes 2 inch diameter - 4 item
- salad elegance - 1/8 tsp
How to make stuffed tomatoes:
In 1 quart bowl mix tuna or chicken with celery, green onion, garlic salt, salt, pepper, salad elegance and mayonnaise until mixture is stiff. Cut each tomato vertically into eighths. Put 2 Tbsp. tuna or chicken mixture in middle of each tomato. Top with dried parsley flakes and/or additional salad elegance. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
