  • heavy cream - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, finely chopped - 1 item
  • large firm tomatoes - 4 item
  • cooked white crabmeat - 2 c

How to make stuffed tomatoes:

Slice tops off tomatoes and set aside. Scoop out tomatoes and turn empty cases upside down to drain. Mix mayo, lemon and cream. Stir in crabmeat and pepper. Fill tomato cases with crabmeat mixture and replace tops. Chill before serving. Serves 4.
