Ingredients/Components
- box jumbo shells or manicotti - 1 item
- jar 26oz spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- shredded mozzarella cheese save out 1oz
- egg - 1 item
- carton Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained - 1 item
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells or manicotti:
Cook pasta as directed. Mix all ingredients except sauce and reserved cheese. Stuff shells with mixture and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over all and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 - 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta shells.
