Seafood pasta
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- half and half cream
- can drained mushrooms
- crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
- fresh parsley, chopped as desired - 1 item
- vermicelli, broken in half - 12 oz
How to make seafood pasta:
Melt butter, cheese and half and half. Saute onions, mushrooms, parsley and shrimp briefly and then add to half and half mixture. Meanwhile, cook vermicelli; drain. Butter 9 x 13-inch pan; mix everything together. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
