Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
  • green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • half and half cream
  • can drained mushrooms
  • crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
  • fresh parsley, chopped as desired - 1 item
  • vermicelli, broken in half - 12 oz

How to make seafood pasta:

Melt butter, cheese and half and half. Saute onions, mushrooms, parsley and shrimp briefly and then add to half and half mixture. Meanwhile, cook vermicelli; drain. Butter 9 x 13-inch pan; mix everything together. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
