Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
  • grated Romano cheese - 1/4 c
  • cracker meal - 2 Tbsp
  • sauce - 1 item
  • frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 1 pkg
  • boxes shells approximately 60 - 2 item

How to make stuffed shells:

Parboil shells and rinse with cool water. Drain spinach completely. Mix ingredients together with the spinach. Using a tablespoon, stuff each shell, placing shells on wax paper as you go along. Flash freeze shells for 2 to 3 hours. Store in Ziploc bag in freezer. From freezer, place shells in a pan. Do not let shells touch each other. Cover each shell with sauce. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Great to do ahead for parties!
