- cream cheese - 1 (8
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- turkey sausage - 1 lb
- large fresh mushrooms approximately - 16 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean and stem mushrooms. Fry sausage; drain well. Add cream cheese and garlic; mix. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Place in pan with 1/4 cup butter, melted. Sprinkle Parmesan over mushrooms.
