Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- olive oil - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- large fresh mushrooms - 1 pt
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms. Cut off stems and finely chop. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, chopped stems and parsley. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture. Drizzle with oil. Add 1/8 to 1/4-inch of water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
