Ingredients/Components
- oregano - 1 tsp
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- white wine
- bulk Italian sausage hot, plain, etc - 3/4 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Sauce:1/2 c. white wine8 oz. tomato sauce1 tsp. oregano Remove stems from mushrooms. Fill caps with sausage. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Sauce: Heat ingredients. Pour over mushrooms to serve.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
