Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- ground walnuts - 1/2 c
- Progresso bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- chopped frozen spinach - 1 pkg
How to make spinach patties:
Cook spinach partially; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until cold. Form into patties. Put on greased pan. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Appetizers, Low fat.
