- small onion - 1 item
- loaf bread, cubed - 1/2 item
- ham any kind - 3 oz
- box mushrooms - 1 oz
- butter advised not to substitute - 1/4 lb
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Brush thinly sliced bread (crusts removed) with melted butter. Press into muffin tin. Toast in moderate oven (350°). Fill with tuna, hamburg, chicken, deviled ham or any desired filling.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
