Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- long grain rice - 1/2 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- large mushrooms - 20 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked wild rice - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Cut bacon in mushroom-size squares. Remove and chop mushroom stems to make 1/2 cup. Set caps aside. Combine chopped mushrooms with cheese, rice, garlic powder, basil and sour cream. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon into each mushroom cap. Top with slicRecipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
