Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 1/3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan - 3 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- large mushrooms - 12 item
- small clove garlic - 1 item
- pepperoni, diced - 2 oz
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms, remove stems and finely chop. Melt margarine in frypan. Add onions, pepperoni, green pepper, garlic and stems. Cook until tender but not brown. Add crackers, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Stir in broth. Stuff cRecipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
