Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 8 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 6 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- whole fresh mushrooms - 2 lb
- clove garlic, minced or powder - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms and pull out stems. Place caps open side up in greased baking dish. Chop stems and mix with onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients. Place heaping spoonful of mixture in each cap. Bake in 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are tender and tops are brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
