Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1 bouillon
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- slices bread - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- large mushrooms - 12 item
- bacon can be added to mixture - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms and cut off stems and chop. Saute chopped stems and onions in margarine for about 10 minutes. In the blender, 2 slices bread, garlic salt and oregano. In a bowl, add mushroom mix to bread crumbs. Add enough bouillon to moisten mixture. Add salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps in baking dish. Top with cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
