Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- green grapes, cut in halves - 1/2 c
- Rose wine
- leg of lamb, boned - 1 (6
- chicken broth to moisten stuffing - 1 c
- Rose wine for taste - 3 Tbsp
How to make stuffed leg of lamb:
Basting:1 c. Rose wine1/4 c. soy sauce1/2 tsp. oregano Rub leg of lamb well with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine stuffing mix, garlic, onion, grapes, raisins and butter. Add chicken broth for texture. Add wine. Stuff lamb cavity. Bake at 350° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, basting often with sauce.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Meat.
