Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- green onions - 3 item
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- chow mein noodles - 5 oz
- head lettuce - 1 item
- or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed - 3 item
How to make japanese chicken salad:
Dressing:2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1/2 c. salad oil Brown chicken breasts in a small amount of margarine. It is best to freeze boned chicken breasts, then slice in small thin slices.Mix lettuce (cut in small pieces), sliced green onions and remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing.
