Stuffed green peppers
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- salt, pepper and garlic salt - 1 item
- round onion - 1 item
- small or 4 large green peppers - 6 item
How to make stuffed green peppers:
Cut green peppers in half. Lay stuffed peppers (meat side down) in baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 can tomato soup with salt and pepper. Pour over peppers. Cover peppers with waxed paper and microwave about 20 minutes. Baste at least twice.Note: I use 2 cans tomato soup and 1 cup water for more gravy. Stuffed peppers may be baked in the oven at 350° until done.
