- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef, browned and drained - 3/4 lb
- 2 can cream-style corn
- fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 item
How to make stuffed green peppers:
Choose 5 green peppers of uniform size and which will stand upright. Cut slice from stem end and scoop out seeds and membranes. Parboil about 2 minutes in boiling water; drain thoroughly. Stuff with this mixture: Saute onion and tomato in butter untilRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
