Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- cooked rice - 1 c
- can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- brown gravy mix - 1 item
- to 5 peppers - 4 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Cut off pepper tops and clean. Boil 5 minutes. Mix gravy mix and drained tomatoes. Add beef and rice to mixture. Fill peppers and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Rice, Peppers.
