Stuffed bell peppers
Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- bag Success rice - 1 item
- bell peppers, halved and seeds removed - 6 item
How to make stuffed bell peppers:
Boil peppers about 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Cook meat and onion until meat is lightly browned. Drain off fat. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer until thick. Cook rice according to package directions. Drain. Mix with the hamburger mixture. Stuff mixture into bell peppers. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
