Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ham - 1 lb
- garlic - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt and pepper - 1 item
- pepperoni slices - 2 pkg
- Sauce - 1 item
- Provolone slices - 2 pkg
- frozen bread loaves easier for recipe - 1 pkg
- large can mushrooms or fresh, chopped - 1 item
- Cut in half and spread flat with hands
How to make stromboli:
Grease bread loaves and let rise. Cut in half and spread flat with hands. Fill with what you desire. Fold all four sides together and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.Sauce:1 can (12 oz.) sauce1 Tbsp. oregano1 tsp. paprika pinch of salt and pepper1 tsp. garlic1 tsp. sugar Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Pork.
