- brown sugar
- oatmeal - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- diced rhubarb - 3 c
- sliced strawberries fresh or frozen - 2 c
How to make strawberry-rhubarb crisp:
Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar1 c. oatmeal1 c. flour1/2 c. butter, melted Spread rhubarb and strawberries in a 9 x 9-inch or 7 x 10-inch baking dish (do not use aluminum pan).
