  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • oats - 1 c
  • strawberries, halved - 2 pt
  • rhubarb slices - 1 c

How to make strawberry-rhubarb crisp:

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add to combined fruit and lemon juice; toss lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
