Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- cold water
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- strawberry gelatin - 4 Tbsp
- strawberries, sliced - 2 pt
- baked pie shells - 2 item
How to make strawberry pie:
Bring cold water to a boil and add sugar and cornstarch. Mix and thicken, then add gelatin. Put strawberries in pie shells. Pour mix over strawberries. Fill in cracks between strawberries. Add Cool Whip when serving. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
