Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • confectioners sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • whipped cream - 1 item
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • strawberries - 1 pt
  • few drops food coloring - 1 item
  • whole fresh strawberries, washed and stemmed - 1 pt

How to make strawberry pie:

Blend milk into cream cheese. Add confectioners sugar to cream cheese. Spread on pie shell. Cover with whole fresh strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Stir until blended. Add 1 pint strawberries, cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Mix in food coloring in pie shell. Decorate with whipped cream.
