  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • vanilla ice cream - 3 c
  • cold water - 2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • strawberry gelatin - 2 pkg
  • drained pineapple

How to make strawberry delight:

Mix gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water. Mix in pineapple and pecans and fold into ice cream until dissolved. Pour into a large mold or several small ones. Set in refrigerator to congeal.
