Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- carton whipped topping - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- large bananas, sliced - 3 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into an 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan.Mix together the sour cream, powdered sugar and 1 stick margarine and spread on top of first layer.
Mix together the bananas, pineapple and whipped topping and spread on top of second layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts and maraschino cherries on top. Refrigerate overnight.
