Blueberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- half and half - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- hot water - 2 c
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- drained, crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- Add blueberry pie filling and pineapple
- Heat half and half with sugar without boiling, then stir in softened gelatin
How to make blueberry salad:
Dissolve jello in boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add blueberry pie filling and pineapple. Chill until partially set, then put in an 8-inch square pan and let set.Second Layer:1 envelope unflavored gelatin1/2 c. cold water1 c. half and half1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat half and half with sugar (without boiling), then stir in softened gelatin. Add the following: vanilla, pecans and cream cheese. Chill until partially set, then pour over first layer.Third Layer:1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello2 c. hot water Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill.
